Crisis on Infinite Earths incorporates an impressive number of DC TV shows that weren’t previously connected to the Arrowverse, but there are still quite a few missing from the crossover. The five-part event encompasses all of the existing Arrowverse shows - Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl, and Batwoman - but it doesn’t stop there, though. By bringing back characters from DC TV shows of the past, Crisis on Infinite Earths has brought various universes together into the Arrowverse.

Black Lightning, which has so far been separate from the Arrowverse, joins the action; the show’s star, Cress Williams, brings his superhero into Crisis on Infinite Earths. Birds of Prey, a short-lived series on The WB, sees one of its protagonists, Ashley Scott’s Huntress, appear in Crisis as well. Of all the guest stars in the crossover, though, none has gained more attention than Tom Welling, who finally plays Clark Kent again eight years after Smallville ended. Tom Welling’s Clark is joined by Erica Durance’s Lois Lane.

Crisis on Infinite Earths has assembled quite a list of guest stars from both inside and outside the Arrowverse, but Arrowverse producer Marc Guggenheim has confirmed that not all of the cameos have been announced. Some may even remain a secret until the event airs. Here are all the shows currently missing from Crisis on Infinite Earths.

All Batman Shows Missing From Crisis

Kevin Conroy, who has voiced Batman for over twenty years, will appear in the crossover, along with Burt Ward, who played Robin in the 1960s Batman series. Conroy will be playing the Kingdom Come version of Batman. With both of these actors - plus Batwoman - being involved in the crossover, Batman’s presence will be strongly felt. However, no Batman shows outside of the Arrowverse have been officially confirmed for Crisis on Infinite Earths. The only three live-action Batman shows that could receive a nod in the event are Batman, Pennyworth, and Gotham. Both Gotham and Batman seem very possible, with Batman being even more likely, considering the inclusion of Burt Ward. It doesn’t seem far-fetched that he could be reprising his role as the Boy Wonder.

  • Batman (1966-1968) Gotham (2014-2019) Pennyworth (2019-Present)

All Superman Shows Missing From Crisis

Crisis on Infinite Earths has at least three versions of Superman. It has the Arrowverse’s own Superman, Tyler Hoechlin, Smallville’s Tom Welling, and Brandon Routh’s Kingdom Come Superman. While Superman is clearly receiving plenty of representation in the crossover, Crisis on Infinite Earths could go a step further with a cameo from other versions of Superman or Lois Lane, such as Lois & Clark’s Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher, who played the titular couple in the 1990s series on ABC. Dean Cain has already expressed interest in a Lois & Clark revival, so the actor may not be opposed to suiting up as Superman one more time.

Another TV Superman Crisis on Infinite Earths could include is one from the lesser-known ABC Family series, Superboy, who was played by John Haymes Newton in season 1 and Gerard Christopher for the remainder of the series. The female lead, Lana Lang, was portrayed by Stacy Haiduk. Similar to Smallville, Superboy followed Clark in his late teens and early college years. There were plans in place for at least one more Superman-related series to be included in Crisis on Infinite Earths. Krypton star Cameron Cuffe was wanted for a cameo, but scheduling conflicts got in the way. The recently cancelled Superman prequel series focused on the story of Cameron Cuffe’s Seg-El, the grandfather of Superman.

  • Adventures of Superman (1952-1958) Superboy (1988-1992) Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (1993-1997) Krypton (2018-2019)

All DC Universe Shows Missing From Crisis

DC is building a different, more mature universe of TV shows on its streaming service, DC Universe. Shows like Titans are considerably darker than what can be shown on Arrow or The Flash. Titans, Doom Patrol, and Swamp Thing aren’t connected to the Arrowverse, and it’s been rumored that a Titans cameo could be on the way, despite previous claims that a crossover wouldn’t happen anytime soon. Due to the differences in their worlds, any kind of meaningful crossover between these universes seems unlikely, but a brief cameo could be in the works for one or more of these shows.

All DCAU Shows Missing From Crisis

In the 1990s and 2000s, DC had a shared universe of cartoons that included heroes like Batman, Superman, various members of the Justice League, and more. It all started with Batman: The Animated Series, with Kevin Conroy voicing the Caped Crusader. The DCAU (DC Animated Universe) is packed with some of DC’s most memorable animated shows, including Justice League Unlimited and Batman Beyond, the latter of which is a huge fan-favorite. Even so, the chances of any series from the DCAU being connected to Crisis on Infinite Earths are slim, but a voice actor from any of these shows reprising an old role isn’t impossible. After all, Conroy is playing Batman - even if it has nothing to do with his DCAU character.

  • Batman: The Animated Series (1992-1995) Superman: The Animated Series (1996-2000) The New Batman Adventures (1997-1999) Batman Beyond (1999-2001) Static Shock (2000-2004) The Zeta Project (2001-2002) Justice League (2001-2004) Justice League Unlimited (2004-2006)

All Other DC Shows Missing From Crisis

Since the 1950s, a long list of DC shows have gone into development. Not all were associated with DC’s two flagship heroes. Some, like Wonder Woman with Lynda Carter, were massive hits. Lynda Carter is fondly remembered by fans as the first live-action Wonder Woman. There have been rumors that Carter could play Wonder Woman again in Crisis on Infinite Earths. This possibility is boosted by the fact that Carter has already been on Supergirl, albeit as someone else, U.S. President Olivia Marsdin. She, like Brandon Routh, could play a different character who exists on a different Earth.

  • Shazam! (1974-1976) The Secrets of Isis (1975-1976) Wonder Woman (1975-1979) Swamp Thing (1990-1993) Human Target (1992) Human Target (2010-2011) Powerless (2017) Watchmen (2019-Present)

Other DC shows not yet connected to the Arrowverse via Crisis on Infinite Earths are HBO’s Watchmen and the FOX series Human Target, whose central character, Christopher Chance (Mark Valley), already exists in the Arrowverse, but is played by a different actor, Wil Traval.
