After Disney+’s launch on November 12 the streaming wars reached a new level, and Netflix has kept up a steady stream of major releases in order to retain its market dominance.

With competition heating up, Netflix’s market strategy appears to be flooding the market with a glut of content and having something for everyone. Oscar-hopeful Netflix-produced dramas like The Irishman, The Two Popes, and Marriage Story appear on the same list as comedy specials featuring Michelle Wolf and Mike Birbiglia. The releases also include a significant number of foreign language releases like the series Le Bazar de la Charité (The Bonfire of Destiny) and the Spanish musical comedy Como Caído del Cielo, indicating Netflix’s strategy to solidify its stronghold in foreign markets where Disney+ is not yet available.

By far the most buzzy offerings during the last month and a half, in addition to the streamer’s potential awards-contenders, have been Michael Bay’s explosive 6 Underground, the Henry Cavill-led fantasy series The Witcher, which has reportedly topped The Mandalorian in popularity, and season 3 of The Crown, which features Olivia Colman in the role of Queen Elizabeth II.

Disney+ might have Baby Yoda on its side, but that doesn’t mean that Netflix is in trouble just yet. If you’re looking for a reason to stick with it (or just looking for something new to watch) here is the list of every Netflix TV and movie release since November 12, 2019.

Netflix isn’t slowing down in the new year, though with upcoming releases including Dracula, a new miniseries from Sherlock creators Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss, which arrives on January 4. This month will also bring new seasons of hit shows like The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Grace & Frankie, and Sex Education, and in February teen romcom To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before will be getting a sequel, To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You.

With Disney+ set to begin expanding into other markets - including the UK and other European countries - on March 31st, 2020, we’ll soon get to see how these two streaming titans compete on a more global scale.
